Through John Bradley's exemplar involvement, commitment and support, Lotus Cars were able to embark on a huge NVQ BIT2/3 training initiative for its employees. When launched in 2007 this Lotus led initiative became a benchmark model for training in applying Business Improvements for the UK Automotive industry. John's total enthusiasm and unfailing support helped Lotus to improve its manufacturing business performance as a direct result of this training.  In 2008, and in collaboration with the Learning & Skills Council (LSC) and City College, Norwich, his splendid efforts helped Group Lotus to win the UK National Training Award both regionally and nationally.

I have known John for nearly ten years. Without doubt, I have found him to be a remarkable person and of the highest integrity. He has not only been a fine Ambassador for SEMTA but also for many small and large businesses particularly in the East of England region.  Besides him having an extensive knowledge of business and educational systems - which in an advisory capacity assisted me greatly in my role at Lotus - John also, developed an excellent rapport with Lotus staff and everyone in my training team. Over the years John has been very consistent in showing his generosity, dedication and helpfulness for which I am sincerely grateful.
