Bitech draws on over 40 years of experience in business to help your company be globally successful ensuring significant return from your skills investment.

We help you achieve cooperative learning and to enjoy creative labour for the benefit of the business, as well as to individuals, families & communities.

Talented engineers, technicians and managers are vital to the future success of our engineering and advanced manufacturing sector - and the opportunities are both vast and impressive.  Bitech's role is to help people gain a true insight into the career options and pathways available so helping sector employers secure their next generation of engineering and business leaders.

The Bitech Apprenticeship & Graduates Service offers employers a bespoke solution that makes it easy to take on and up-skill apprentices and graduates. Bitech works with partners providing Apprenticeship Co-ordinators that handle all the administration, recruitment and customised training arrangements, as well as mentoring each apprentice so employers get the best results for their business.  We have helped apprentices and graduates receive the best start to their career.

Bitech work with Sector Skills Council partner Semta who is responsible for reviewing and setting the National Occupational Standards (NOS) for our sectors. Together with the qualifications and apprenticeship frameworks they underpin, NOS provide a rigorous and high quality skills infrastructure for occupations across the engineering and advanced manufacturing sectors.

Based on our long standing knowledge and expertise in skills for the engineering and advanced manufacturing sector Bitech work hand-in-hand with local policy makers and opinion formers to advise on skills and education policy and help create the optimum environment for sector skills to thrive.
